PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION

Policy
There shall be a Program Administrator appointed by the Board of Directors. The Program Administrator is the individual responsible for coordinating the care of the clients on a daily basis, ensuring the safety of clients, and to safeguard adherence to all laws and regulations regarding the operation of the treatment center.
There shall be a Clinical Director appointed by the Board of Directors. The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the creation of treatment plans for all clients and for ensuring that each client on the program is progressing on his or her program. The Clinical Director is responsible for all treatment services provided.
There shall be a Executive Director appointed by the Program Administrator and approved by the Board Of Directors who, in conjunction with the Program Administrator is responsible for managerial functions on a day to day basis.
There shall be a Finance Director appointed by the Program Administrator and approved by the Board Of Directors who, in conjunction with the Program Administrator is responsible for managing the program finances in compliance with the Policies and Procedures approved by the Board Of Directors.
There shall be a Director of Administration appointed by the Program Administrator and approved by the Board Of Directors who, in conjunction with the Program Administrator is responsible for managing compliance with state, federal, and local laws and regulations and ensures clinical documentation and training meets or exceeds criteria required by state and federal regulations.
There shall be a Director of Operations appointed by the Program Administrator and approved by the Board Of Directors who, in conjunction with the Program Administrator is responsible for managing the physical plant, transportation resources, client requests and scheduling.
