16 – Employee Performance Evaluation

Policy

Recovery Works is committed to providing a safe work environment and to fostering the well-being and health of its employees. While training requirements ensure that skill sets are available and understood, performance evaluation ensures that the employee is continuing to grow as a professional and understand the organizaion and his place in it.

Procedure

  1. Performance evaluations will be conducted at a minimum of once per year.

  2. Between evaluations employees will be given feedback on their performance and this feedback in part will be the basis of the annual review.

  3. Employees well read and acknowledge the evauation and may include whether they aggree or disagree with the evaluation and any other information they would like to be place in the evaluation record.

  4. If the employee feels the evaluation to be unfair they may file a complaint using the normal complait procedures.

  5. A record (Exhibit A) will be placed in the employee record containing the text and acknowledgment of the polciy.
